Flourish Living Announces Inaugural Board of Directors

Flourish Living, a non-profit organization committed to making affordable housing accessible to everyone, is pleased to announce its inaugural Board of Directors. The board members bring a wealth of experience and expertise in the real estate and housing sectors.

Domingos Santos, serving as President, brings his extensive experience as a property tax director and in-house counsel at The Wolff Company. He has a strong background in advising on state and local tax issues and has been active in policymaking, working with the Arizona Legislature on property tax issues.

Nick Affronti, serving as Vice President, is a Director at Newmark’s Affordable Housing Advisors team. He specializes in government-subsidized and tax credit multifamily properties, with a keen focus on the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit sector.

Andy Paulus, serving as Treasurer, is an Acquisitions Manager at Greenlight Communities. He has been active in the Phoenix real estate community since 2015 and brings extensive experience in real estate development.

Jake Kwarta, serving as Secretary, is the founder of JJK Holdings, a real estate investment firm, and a partner at Mantle Investments, a real estate company focused on development and investment across the Southwest United States. He has served in senior real estate investment roles at real estate private equity firms focused on multifamily communities and single-family for rent housing.

Flourish Living works toward its vision by partnering with state and local policymakers to design and implement affordable housing incentives. The inaugural board members are committed to driving affordable housing creation and preservation through innovative policy design.
